Umi's delivery was great and timely. It was a gift for my wife, and it came quickly in time for me to wrap it and surprise her! The set itself is very beautiful and it works as promise. There was no damage or anything, which is what i was worried about during delivery since I know these sets can break. But they protected the tea set with foam and wrap. I bought the Koi tea set specifically. It is very accurate to the website pictures. I know I have ordered items on other websites where the pictures did not match what was delivered, but Umi’s pictures online are very accurate. The Koi tea set also functions very well! It is not only artistically beautiful, but it is also functional. The tea pot and set are easy to hold and drink, and easy to use and clean. My wife and I have used the tea set 3 times so far with no issue, no breakage, or any issues. Our friends love coming over for tea with the tea set, and it makes for a nice conversation piece, or it can be a nice decoration on the table as well. I am thinking I might buy other sets as wedding gifts for my friends!
