Slow response by the customer service team.
Grommets around the stem of the bong got broken within three days of delivery, after sending three emails, the staff told that they will send some extra grommets but its 25 days since then and nothing has arrived. The response from the customer service team is is not good, they said my email went to the junk folder and they said they will do something to solve it but nothing has been sorted so far. I first sent them email on 4/11, it will be a month in couple of days.
