Really upset with my experience
Really upset with my experience. We used Eurostar luggage delivery to deliver packages from Paris to London and paid for them to arrive on a specific day. Unfortunately they did not arrive on that day and they could not help us track the deliveries. We paid £350 for this delivery for it to arrive on a specific day. We stayed in all day waiting for it and it never showed up. The next day, the delivery information was no longer available. I then called the DHL line to get some info and the customer service could not help at all, just suggested I wait and see if it shows up in the next day or so. This is unacceptable as I paid for it to be delivered on a specific day and this has massively inconvenienced me as I'm only in town for a short time and need those packages. I asked DHL for a refund and the customer service person said she would call me back in 2 hours. She never called back and now when I ring the line it just rings out. I'll happily change this review if these issues are resolved and I get my refund. It's unacceptable that Eurostar continue to use DHL for their services. Just look at DHL's reviews on Trust Pilot!
