Parcelfarce strikes again!
I would normally give Toolstation a five-star review but I ordered items for delivery on Monday and here I am running into Thursday with an item that has been lost by Parcelfarce and still locked in a doom loop of customer service tickets and promises that someone will resolve my problem soon. All the evidence, pretty much 100% proves that - once again - Parcelfarce have irretrievably lost the item. Instead of putting me through the mill for days on end, Toolstation should ship me a replacement item overnight and sort out the Parcelfarce sh*tshow at their leisure. Instead, I’m the best part of £70 out-of-pocket and waiting for confirmation of the answer that I already know.
