Avoid this company
Avoid this company. They will find every excuse not to pay out. My wife became seriously ill in Crete, admitted for emergency surgery, hospital put her to sleep (GA) but didn't preform the operation (they told us they did, UK surgeon confirmed no operation was done), she became more unwell so decided to fly back to the UK ( wasn't going to go back to the Crete hospital after her awful experience there). She admitted to hospital for surgery the day she landed back in UK. Insurance won't pay out because we didn't call an advice line for permission to fly home and cut our holiday short.
