Learning Online should be shut down
Learning Online should be shut down. My autistic child was pressured and tricked into a so-called “enrolment” over the phone with no written contract, no paperwork, nothing in writing at all for a course costing more than $3000. To make matters worse, they funneled the payment through Payright finance, which means we are now locked into debt for something my child never properly agreed to. This setup is deliberately designed to avoid regulation and accountability totally unregulated, totally unfair, and completely unethical. Learning Online has preyed on a vulnerable young person with autism and left our family in financial and emotional distress. This is not education, it’s exploitation. I have already reported this to the ACCC (Australian Competition & Consumer Commission), AFCA (Australian Financial Complaints Authority), and every consumer protection body I can. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to stay far away their practices are misleading, predatory, and cruel.
