Poor customer service when called from overseas
My baggage was lost upon arrival to Croatia. I called TID customer service thinking that I need to report it immediately. The lady who answered the call was confused and asked me what I really wanted/expected. I tried explaining the situation but all I got from her was that I'll need to fill in the claim upon my return to Australia. I was under a different impression when I was reading the contract. Anyway, my baggage was found some 10 hours later. I think that personel answering the calls from people in distress should be much better trained.
