Great website, great product, great customer service!!
I cannot say enough good things about my experience purchasing from Umi Tea Sets. I bought a Japanese clay tea set, and it’s both aesthetically and functionally brilliant. It arrived looking picturesque: it was almost as though the pot I purchased was the one in the picture! Considering the distance it was shipped, as well, I was extremely pleased that such a delicate piece arrived without any chips in the clay or blemishes in the paint. It was extremely well-packaged. The shipping/tracking information was updated throughout the process, and I was pleased to see that it even arrived early! As far as the tea set itself goes, it is tremendously well made. As I said, it’s a gorgeous tea set that can even function as a decoration piece to leave out on the countertop when not in use. The tea pot itself holds heat for quite a long time. I used three small tea candles in the kettle warmer, and it kept the tea hot for an entire evening. The warmer is also rather pretty, as it casts this faint amber glow when candles are lit inside. It’s easy to clean, which is a blessing, given how often I use it. Overall, I would highly recommend Umi Tea Sets. They sell high quality products at reasonable prices, ship them responsibly, and will be sure to satisfy your tea-drinking needs and impress any guests you have over. Thank you, Umi Tea Sets!
