Awful - partially redeemed by response to review
Ordered pod on July 11, is now July 21 and nothing has arrived. They claim things are dispatched one day after order which is clearly a lie. Something has gone seriously wrong - assume they are directing all their stock at Boots orders and so their own customers get nothing. Anyway, I cancelled today and then an hour later I get an e-mail saying it is on its way - I don’t actually believe this as on Royal Mail tracking all it says is that the sender has told them to expect it. So whether it is actually on its way is extremely doubtful. Anyway, just want my money back now and to have done with them and order something else. Even if it turns up I don’t want it as I’m so annoyed with going round in circles with their customer service people. Suspect they are going to make the refund process as difficult as possible for me though. Edited to add: After writing the above I was offered a full refund which I accepted and the pod did arrive - they told me to keep it. So writing here got the desired result in a way, which has to be acknowledged. However, it would clearly have been better to set reasonable expectations at the start re: delivery and not to have chatbots answering questions with non-answers about when the goods would arrive. The sheer hassle that created has put me off this company for good whereas they could have had me as a repeat customer on their tablets. Hopefully they learn something from this re: how they represent the availability of goods and how they deal with customer queries.
