If I could give zero stars I would for this company but it won’t let me. I ordered a female hormone test in April which was delivered promptly. The first test said that my blood had hemolyzed to which they offered another test. This test took more than two weeks to be delivered I did the test again to the letter. It was done and sent off and results back within 3 days and again it said that the test had hemolyzed. I then started to ask for a refund as the tests are useless. I got a email back promptly on the 30th of May apologising and that a refund had been initiated. I’m still waiting for this refund! I have emailed and had no reply. If I receive the refund I will update this review. Update- I have now been refunded.
