The webchat came up very quickly…
The webchat came up very quickly (Patricia, ID 30147), and I got the help I needed. However I find topping up and adding a bundle through the browser is awkward. Very confusing. Payments were first refused, and then suddenly appear as being paid, the option "Pay from Credit" disappears when you want to check it. What works easily though is, if you click on "Auto-renewal". I guess this button is probably gone as well the next time I want to cancel the auto-renewal ;) Anyway Patricia was helpful and applied the bundle, but certainly this procedure done through the browser should be eased, or better, made possible at all.
