UPDATE: After posting this review, I was contacted by a different person at Roha Home, and I have been given a full refund of both the item and the postage cost. I would like to thank Dennis for following up, and understanding the issue in hand. It was a shame that the item was a different colour to the picture on the website as it was a lovely piece, well packaged, and it arrived quickly. ——————————————— I bought a stone drying mat in good faith, expecting it to be the same colour as advertised on the website (a dark grey). When it arrived, and whilst it was a lovely piece, it was a very pale grey. Having been miss-sold this item I was expecting a full refund and free postage for a return. Whilst the customer service lady was very polite, i was told to reread the terms and conditions and I had to pay for the return myself. I will not be buying from this company again as I can’t trust the item I received will be like the picture. Which is a great shame.
