Customer service is appalling
Customer service is appalling. I am still waiting for someone to come back to me about the delivery of my watch to Ireland. They never updated the label now it’s stuck in New Jersey with UPS. I will definitely be claiming my money back on my card. Absolute joke of a company for customer service. This is my second time spending a LOT of money with them. I won’t be fooled into doing it again. Shocking
