Great customer (ex) service.
I shop around every 12 months to get the best energy rates, both gas and electricity. This time COVAU weren't as competitive as others. When it came to settle my final bills, I was in credit. The ever helpful Bhrigette Galvez sorted it all out in a jiffy and organised a refund. If their rates are competitive in the future I will have no problems signing up again.
