I ordered 2x tall pollen press and the sent me short wide press which is useless yo what I needed them for. When I asked for the correct item to be sent they tell me that the warehouse and her superiors have decided that the items I ordered are the same and have same specs so it doesn't matter! Well they are completely different diameters with totally different parts and as explained not what I ordered or wanted no matter how cooked their superiors and warehousing staff are.. I have since received nothing more from them and are a waste of time and poor customer service I laughed at the response saying the have thought about it and come to the conclusion the two items were the same !!! Seriously??? It's like saying a skateboard is the same as a snowboard!!!!
