Nothing but problem, after problem.
I can't get my head around all these positive reviews when We have had nothing but problems with Covau (for 10 months), and weve spent hours on the phone with them sorting out incorrect bills, incorrect information, and incorrect lodgements on their end. Even our electrician told us he has never come across such a difficult company to work with. After almost 10 months with them we've finally switched to a different provider. And surprise surprise, they've sent us a bill for the last month when we weren't even their clients anymore. Poorly run with overseas customer service. Avoid Covau at all cost. Dont make the mistake we did and follow the advice of comparison sites. UPDATE SINCE Covau wrote back below. This is for you covau: How ironic that it's been over a week since I challenged this new invoice for services not rendered (and we haven't even been a customer for many weeks, and you even acknowledged our departure via email) and I have had NO response from your support team, but you have time and energy to publicly write to me, so as to not look bad. How sad. True customer service is evident by what takes place behind the scenes, not in these public forums.
