Rip off
Whilst they offer a quick 24/7 service, which is great in an emergency, the price they charge is ludicrous. It does not cost $849 to replace a garden tap. That is of course on top of the upfront $141 you pay on the phone to get them to come. They have you over a barrel, late at night, when you just want something fixed. I feel sorry for their staff having to ask for exhorbitant fees. DO NOT USE
