The agents are complete crooks they wasted my time and my survey fee. DON'T TRUST THESE AGENTS. We agreed a price on the property the memo of sales were sent out I booked in a surveyor. When the surveyor came the locks were change and my broker told me that they no longer were selling the property to me. NO COMMUNICATION I had to be told this information from my broker. These agents didn't communicate with me for 1 month and they kept on assuring me that all was good. If I did the same to them they wouldn't like it AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
