Website does not calculate the correct price for hampers

Edit: After a month since contacting support, I have received a full refund for my order and a detailed explanation around the website error. I had to send a screenshot of the discount being applied correctly on the website for them to acknowledge that I was missing a discount on my order. I accept the outcome, but it took a lot of time and effort to get through to customer service in the first place. Original post: I ordered a £75 hamper on the website. However after I had checked out, I realised that I was charged full price for the items, which totalled £83.82. So I contacted support to tell them that the hamper discount was not applied correctly and I have been overcharged. I've exchanged emails back and forth with support to explain my issue and I've been in contact with Kyle, Jessica and Bethany. I have received screenshots of their back-end system showing that I have been charged full price for the items, yet all the support responses are saying that I have been charged correctly. None of them have responded when I asked for a detailed breakdown of how the total price was calculated - all they keep saying is that the system is correct. I have a clear screenshot on my order purchase history on the website that shows I have been charged full price. I think this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced - nobody has even bothered to look into my issue at all. Really disappointing.
