Worst customer service experience EVER
Worst customer service experience EVER. Signed up for their subscription service for a stress-free experience and it couldn't have been more opposite from that. Communication is always in german despite me signing up on the french version, which is another issue all on its own. For my second order, apparently the payment didn't go through and I was never communicated of any issues, at least not in a clear way. After a couple of days I contacted them to understand what was causing the delay and was informed there was an outstanding amount that had to be paid. They suggested I transfer it directly to their account. Which I did, except that the amount was not correct. So when I wrote to them again to ask about my order, they mentioned there was still an outstanding amount. Which I immediately paid and provided bank receipts for both payments. Once again, no sign of my order. I contacted them AGAIN and received a reply stating that the order had been cancelled due to the delay in payment and suggesting I subscribe to their repeat purchase program, which obviously sounded like a bad joke. Obviously, I haven't received a refund for the payments I made, even though my order was cancelled. More than a month since my order and I'm still trying to solve the issue and now waiting for a reply on my refund. Incompetent and disrespectful, to say the least.
