Where has Absorb gone??
My partner signed up to absorb last year to do 3 A levels. He sat them with no problem, however, did not do as well as he would have liked in one, and so decided to resit it this academic year. He has tried to message his tutors several times to ask about university, as absorb are a UCAS registered organisation. However, none have replied. I decided to try and use the live chat function on their website, only to discover that the website has completely vanished from google, and clicking links through Instagram and Facebook just gives you a blank loading screen. They are still registered as an active company and have recently hired a new director back on 25th July according to their records. However, it is November now, and we have not been able to have any correspondence for months. For them to not give us any information regarding the issues they are clearly facing is wrong and stressful, and my partner paid a lot of money for them to just vanish without saying a word. I remember when it used to be a really good company and it had 4.8 on trustpilot. All everybody wants is for them to tell us what is going on, and for them to give our money back. Instead, most people are left in limbo, not knowing what to do, not having enough money to pay out again to another company and having university decisions made a lot more stressful. Please, do not purchase any course from this company, as the chance is that you will not get a course but be hundreds, if not thousands, of pounds worse off.
