Great quality and customer service
I ordered two tea cadies, fairness cup, and a gaiwan. The package arrived, wrapped nicely for the long journey it went on. All but one item was in perfect condition, the cup part of the gaiwan did break. After contacting customer service, they sent out a replacement cup. That also arrived and packaged perfectly, with no breakage. Though I had to wait an extra two weeks for the replacement, my overall experience was great. Wonderful quality and customer service
