not doing there job properly in my area.

there's only 2 takeaways on the takeaway.com website in my area and one of them is a late night beer service not food. when i input my order on takeaway.com they ring the restaurant and order on my behalf. the last time the takeaway.com operative didn't pass on the whole order and while sorting that out with the nice man from the restaurant i discovered that they have never bothered to pass on the delivery instructions and messages for the restaurant that i type in with my order (I just thought the restaurant was just ignoring them but in reality they were just not told) not related but you cant order after 11pm (even though the restaurant is open while 3am on friday) the takeaway.com website tells me the restaurant is closed when I try and order.
