I'm a new customer to Blink
I'm a new customer to Blink, signing up to a 4 weekly subscription. A few days before my box was due to be dispatched I received an email stating there was a flavour shortage in my box and I had 2 days to amend it, otherwise it would be chosen at random and sent out as normal. My first box was due for postage on the 3rd June, I had the money taken from my account but by the 9th June no tracking or contact to say the box was delayed. I attempted to contact Blink through their website, but heard nothing back. I then emailed on the 11th to be told I should have amended the box to prevent delay. The following is quoted from their email with the flavour shortage information - ' To ensure your changes are processed in time, we recommend updating your recipes at least 2 days before your box ships. If no alternative is selected, we'll automatically substitute the recipes.' The box was posted out after contacting the company, but when I opened it, there was someone else's details on the card inside. Really, this is not acceptable, firstly the delay, and receiving someone else's card in my delivery. I've cancelled my subscription now, and will move to another subscription which I'm hoping will be better with communication and a potential GDPR breach.
