I haven't slept this well in years. Unplug is a fantastic supplement. I've tried other products in the past but they always felt a little too powerful or too much like a sleeping pill. Unplug feels incredibly natural and the best compliment I can give it is how normal it makes my sleep and how rested I feel in the mornings. Phenomenal.
