50 mins late and Missing Items (KFC)

We ordered KFC via One Delivery on 24th April 2017, and the delivery time was supposed to be 12:45. However, we waited for about extra 50 mins to get the food. The operator was able to notify me about the dispatch of the delivery (although the time she called was around the estimation of food delivery time (12:45). I got texts/e-mails about who is delivering our food and the tracking of the delivery driver, which was good. However, the delivery was not made until we called the operator to make a complaint. Thus, we ended up waiting for 50 mins more. We checked the order immediately and noticed a mistake in the order. Fortunately, the driver was still around, so we asked to bring the missing order to us later. We do not know whether it's KFC's mistake or the delivery driver, but the latter was helpful enough to go back there to get the missing order. The food was still warm when we got and the operator and the driver seemed nice, but as a whole experience, it was not very good. Moreover, One Delivery knew my mobile phone number although I had never put in on the website -mystery and a bit scary. I would not think I will order via One Delivery anymore even if I had a sudden KFC crave.
