I wanted to book a viewing

I wanted to book a viewing. I mentioned I own a new company since April. They asked if I'm ok paying for 2 years of rent upfront because I wouldn't pass the checks. I usually mention that I have a new company to other agents and they say possibly you might need to pay 3 or up to 6 months in advance. 2 years is just outrageous. Thank you very much, but no way I will sit down 63K doing nothing. I was told that all Jackson offices have this requirement unless you have this money in savings.
