Can't change an order I made 20 seconds ago
Salon Services obviously got their IT done on the cheap. I ordered something, paid and then immediately noticed I'd ordered the wrong product. I called and was told by an agent in a robotic voice that once I had placed an order it cannot be changed or cancelled. Why? Obviously if an order has been despatched or prepared for despatch it's another matter, but I literally called 20 seconds after placing the order. Every online retailer I know allows you to change or cancel if you call them immediately. The only "customer friendly" option is for me to receive the wrong order, and then traipse to a Salon Services store and do a return. And obviously this all costs Salon Services money since they are packing and sending and then returning an order all because they haven't added appropriate functionality to their software.
