This incompetent company lost my…
This incompetent company lost my package one week ago. In 7 days they haven't been able to do anything for me, despite I called them every day. They continue changing their version of what happened to cover the incompetence of somebody who lost the package or delivered it to the wrong address. I want my package back or a full refund to be provided without further wasting my time. Also, they do not note down what we discussed during our calls, so every time I called I was receiving the same lie: "according to our system your package was delivered". This is extremely frustrating. The company does not deliver a reliable service: better to avoid it.
