Poor customer service as a managing agent
Acorn have been managing my property in London for a while and over the years there have been so many changes in managing agents, communication is not passed on. More recently in the past 6 months, when my regular property agent has been on annual leave Acorn have been unable to manage my property. In response to the below issue, whilst I appreciate the reply, the facts aren't correct as the ongoing issue has been closed without even considering my point of view. Acorn are unfortunately not wanting to rectify the situation. I will of course reach out to discuss it, as suggested. Thank you
