Avoid, customer service is non existent.
I have made an order at 11.30pm on 20.01.2021. I changed my mind though and emailed them that i wish to cancel around an hour later. I checked my email 12 hours later and there was no response from them. I get it it can take some time to go through emails - no problem. I contacted them via live chat shortly after asking if they canceled my order. I was told they will "investigate" and get back to me. They never did and not like there is anything to investigate in the first place. Just cancel the order, how hard is that? That was 3 days ago... Today i was being charged for an order i wanted to cancel 3 days ago shortly after placing an order. So obviously cancelling just isn't the thing for them even though it is my legal right. And please don't tell me like you did to many others that my review history is "bad" because i only give negative reviews... Companies doing their job properly need no positve revies. What like i should be grateful that when i pay for the service or product i get what i paid for? Should i praise them for doing what they were suppose to do? Ridiculous... It's only when they fail at that, something has to be said. You failed and i said it. And i waited for 3 days so it's not like i have not given you a chance. Edited to be able to reply to you: "And you will receive your refund as soon as the product you have ordered has been returned. We supply a pre-paid returns postage bag with every kit so you it won't cost you anything to send it back to us." Perhaps if you actually spent some time to read my review you would know that i requested cancellation within the first hour after making an order. You should not have posted it to me in the first place.... And you haven't. "I find it absolutely disgraceful that you have accused my colleagues of not doing their jobs properly" If it takes you 4 days to investigate how to cancel my order you have not even posted yet than you are not doing your jobs properly. "we offer the best possible customer service" You made me wait for 4 days to get my money back. You did not even post it. If 4 days is "best possible" than you have no idea what good cusomer service should look like. "enjoying going out of your way to leave negative review" And for a reason. I requested order canceled. Took you 4 days to do that even thouh i requested cancellation within an hour after making an order. You never posted it so it was never about me returning it to you... What took you so long?
