Customer service is wonderful. My order arrived smashed to pieces, it was replaced immediately at no cost to me, I am very impressed. The nutrients are excellent and really do give you a boost whist containing nothing nasty. Have noticed increased energy levels, improved muscle tone and benefits to my hair, nails and skin. Unplug certainly enhances my sleep too. I only take half the suggested dose, it works for me
