I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD!! My husband and i ordered delivery from the Chardon, OH Bob Evans we ordered Family mac and cheese for $9.99, build your own omelet and a whole hog breakfast they never delivered my mac and cheese and the omelet was so dry i threw it out . I called and spoke to a manager and told him i am on bed rest and thats why i had the food delivered he told me in a rude manner that i can come pick up an omelet and mac and cheese on him and i said i had it delivered because of bed rest and he said didnt know what to tell me. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! This Bob Evans has went so far down hill i used to love Bob Evans but the manager is rude and the service stinks. I always write good reviews but this was terrible!!! Beware!!!
