I ordered the went through the 10 extra…

I ordered the went through the 10 extra offers and the 2 videos they force you to watch. Finally the sale was complete. I contacted customer service, as in one of the videos they claimed you can cancel your subscription at any time, so I told them that I looked forward to my order arriving, but wanted to ensure that if there is a monthly subscription, I wanted to ensure that the monthly billing was canceled. So they got mad and cancel my entire order. This is after having a complete understanding of what I wanted. Yet still canceled then stated thats what I wanted.
