Conservatory furniture delivery
In advance a delivery option was given with only a choice of two days. Fortunately I was available for both of these. Time slot was given in an email first thing on delivery day, 8:43 - 10:43. Had the phone call at 11:20 to say they will be here in half an hour. The product company delivery information says the items will be taken to the required room and unpacked, this did not happen. I was left with two very large boxes and a third smaller one on my driveway to deal with as the delivery guys just drove away, clearly could not spare the time to assist.
