Not worth a monthly fee, and cancelling was easy.
I signed up when I needed advice about a parking ticket which ended up being - "your guilty so pay up"! They would not entertain a discussion about my mitigation, or the fairness of the amount etc - even though I said I was happy to go to the small claims court, and put forward my arguments, and I wanted their advice on that. Also, I missed their call, and even though I called back very quickly, I had missed my slot and had to wait again for a couple of days. So, for me, the service was not worth a monthly fee. But, in answer to some of the below comments, if your cancelling - do call the number given, it is correct. You can cancel both Which Legal and the magazine - which I was going to do - but was offered the magazine at half the price I was currently paying - £9.75, so I now pay £4.87 per month (for twelve months) and can still cancel at any time. I did cancel Which Legal. I have to say that the process of cancelling was handled politely, obviously asking me to reconsider, but not hassling me when I said no. So fair play to the call handler.
