Amazing company great customer service
I placed an order for photos of my son and daughter in law from their wedding. My daughter in law wanted 3 large photos of them from the wedding for Christmas. I ordered what I thought was the correct size. Nope, I noticed I ordered the wrong size. Panic set it. I emailed Smallwood and they returned my email saying they would credit me so I could purchase again. They can’t change size of the pics after purchase. So I order the correct size. When they came in they were beautiful but one had a small chip in the frame. I sent another email and they said they would send it out immediately and get it here in time for Christmas. And it came today!! I feel like they have a beautiful product but their customer service will be why I return to purchase more pictures from them. Well done Smallwood Home. Many thanks to you!!
