not happy i researched this treatment…
not happy i researched this treatment for a couple of years and i have been happy with the service upto now, however i've just had my final set of teeth with a great smile. i was home a week and they have cracked at the front and are slightly wobbly so im a little worried, ive messed them thinking they would get me on a flight for a couple of nights stay to get it sorted to my horror this is the reply i got, Good morning Mr. We hope you are doing well. We consulted our medical team, and unfortunately, the fracture is not clearly visible in the photos. For this reason, the medical team is requesting that you take new X-rays to provide a clearer view of your crowns. Alternatively, since you benefit from a warranty, if you plan to visit Turkey in the future, please let us know so we can arrange a follow-up appointment for you. The doctor will address any issues identified during the check-up. If you have any other questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us as needed. so basically i have paid £11,500 for all the work and a new set of teeth that lasted a week and now have a crack, originally the treatment was suppose to be £6500. i thought they would reach out to help me resolve also the customer service and aftercare lets this company down massively as you message them in pain and they sometimes takes days to get back to you. i would be more than happy if i didn't have a crack in a set of teeth that just cost me £4000. really don't think this is acceptable. and feel like getting in touch with sky news just how they have been with sky news telling them how good they are. kind regards mr A
