Getting hold of blink when there is a problem with your order is virtually impossible!! £105 been taken for our monthly order that still hasn’t been dispatched. Website contact form says they are having technical issues (been showing that all week) phone number doesn’t work or when it does goes straight to voicemail. Slow response on fb messages as they seem to be the only way to contact them currently. All the while we still haven’t received our order that should have been sent Monday and still appears to not have been sent as we have no tracking details. Find ourselves once again having to buy extra food whilst we wait delivery. Not very good for monthly subscription service!! Needless to say will be cancelling our membership with blink and requesting a refund for this months order.
