Far too many emails. But wines good
Let's get the good stuff covered first. All the wines we have so far have been great. The package was advertised in a major newspaper and came with bowls and plates - plus some "specialties" which again have all been fine. Now the not so good bits. In these days of some companies offering same day and/or next day deliveries on web orders, it was quite surprising for the order to take just under three weeks to arrive, but no real indication upon ordering how long the goods would take to arrive. Before the stuff actually arrived I was getting emails from them with more offers, but seriously, why would anyone order more until they've tasted the goods in the first place? I've waited a few weeks before posting this as the number of emails (alternating between Marco, Francesca and the company itself) is ridiculous. Sometimes every day, sometimes more than one a day but the longest period between marketing emails so far has been four days. OK I can unsubscribe but I've enjoyed the goods and will order some more at some stage. They're getting 4* as the products are 5* and the relentless number of emails would mean a much lower score, so it's a bit of an average I suppose
