Sarah Bainbridge is a lifesaver!
Sarah Bainbridge of Charters Estate Agents was a lifesaver! As a foreign academic researcher who needed to live in England for the school year, it was proving quite difficult to find housing and a landlord who would accept a 10 month lease, if possible. Most wanted all of the 10 months of rent up front, or 12 months of rent and no exceptions. Sarah communicated frequently with me, and when she heard about a situation that could meet my needs, she reached out and made it happen. Most other letting agencies just said, "good luck; the market is tough." Her staff have continued to help me jump through the many hoops to satisfy government requirements, share codes, and the like, and they did not insist on all 10 months of rent up front.
