Manufacturing Quality Slip
I’ve been a regular customer for the last 6 months. On average, I buy 5 cans/week directly from the manufacturer website. Normally, I’d send an e-mail to the company directly but the last time I did that, they didn’t even bother answering (they acknowledged the complaint but failed to respond). That thing wasn’t too big of a deal so I still continued being a customer. This time, it’s something I can not tolerate. There’s a notable degradation with the manufacturing quality with my last 2-3 orders (5 each order, again). At first, one or two of the pouches would come out and disintegrate right away (out of 20 pouches/can). My last batch? I didn’t count exactly but I’m sure 5-7 of them went to the bin. On top of messing up with the couch, it’s horrible when it happens outside. The powder itself looks like something else as you’d imagine! I’ve decided to give it 1 or 2 more 5-can orders and will switch to another company whose name starts with V if it doesn’t improve
