UPDATED twice in a three months window

2nd EDIT after three months: After the negative reviews on different platforms such as Google and Trustpilot, their long silence was suddenly over. I've finally received a refund but I had to insist and recalculate the right amount multiple times because of their accounting department. Apparently. They sent confusing calculations via WhatsApp about the refund. They proposed to give me back only one-third of my money. I replied sending a simple math for the right amount to be refunded. They recognized that it was their mistake but this behavior seems a bit too naive to me. I updated this review from 2 to 3 stars because I finally got back my money. It was frustrating and a bit sad that they are seeking perfection in their public image, but way less care in the money department. Today I am asked to remove this review after being refunded but I won't. Because I had to fight for the right thing and it will help future customers to make a choice based on reality. ______ 1st EDIT review after a month. Original review (below) Moneywise, I am still waiting to be refunded for a job that wasn’t necessary to do according to the doctors of the Dentakay clinic, before the end of the dental implant. Nobody is answering despite my attempts to contact them. Once I arrived at the clinic, they made me pay 100% of the agreed quote +20% for additional dental work. It’s disappointing that at first, they were very available to listen but once I paid, they disappeared. After the job is done, they make sure that you put a five-star review. The following text is what I wrote right before exiting from the clinic. I wrote it driven by the enthusiasm for the job done, the kind assistance, and faith to be partly refunded as they told me: ORIGINAL REVIEW 5 stars Right from my first call, Jasmine at Dentakay set the bar high with her kindness and patience. When I got to Istanbul, I was wowed by the luxurious hotel stay and the smooth ride there. Walking into the clinic felt like stepping into a place where professionalism meets genuine warmth. Hiba was my go-to translator, and wow, she along with Ilhan, Deniz, Habdullah, Fatiha, and Ahmat, just made everything so easy and reassuring for me. Dr. Habdullah is truly an artist with his work; he made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, even when things got a bit uncomfortable after the procedure. A big shoutout to the amazing staff who waited on you, and to that super-friendly barista who knew just how to take care of us. Dentakay isn't just any clinic – it's a place where they really know their stuff and care deeply about what they do. If you're looking for the best dental care, this is the place to go.
