Bad customer service and missing orders

I first ordered a dental pod almost a couple of years ago and subscribed to monthly cleaning tablets. It was brilliant service then. But what has happened to this company? For the past 3 orders of a subscription I pay for (and they take the money no problem) I have had to chase up the orders. They have never arrived when I actually needed them, so I have been without tablets for periods of times which defeats the purpose of a subscription. Customer Service is now very poor - it takes ages to get a reply from anyone and as others have said, there is no phone number or online chat or any other way to get in touch which is extremely poor. I am on the brink of cancelling my subscription as I am fed up with a company who can no longer fulfill their orders and post on time and communicate. Very sad as it started so well....I suspect the usual happened - I see they expanded into Boots, so I guess they can't cope with all the orders and instead of investing in more staff, they take more profit and then treat the customers badly. Very, very frustrating. Addition since Emily from Support contacted me below - Emily has been absolutely brilliant. She has been efficient, friendly and helpful with the issues I was experiencing and understood why I was frustrated. There have been problems with supply, which hopefully Zima will resolve and in future notifying their customers in advance would certainly go a long way to creating goodwill.
