Box arrived even earlier than Eurostar said it would!
Very complicated process sending personal items from UK to France with thanks to BREXIT paperwork needed however it was clearly explained in the instructions I was e mailed. I sent some personal items which couldn't be carried in luggage on Eurostar (cutlery). The box arrived 2 days before Eurostar said it would so I am very pleased with this service which they operate in partnership with DHL. A very good option if you have items forbidden in the luggage or you just have that little bit extra you don't want to carry. I had an issue with the items not being accepted (my fault not packing it in a proper box) so one call to the Eurostar helpline and a human being dealt with the call and re scheduled for courier to collect the box the next day. Another issue when box delivered again because I hadn't addressed it properly one phone call to DHL a human being answered and explained exactly what I needed to do to retrieve the box from the drop off point. Absolutely delighted with this service nice to find a company which employs humans and actually cares about the service it offers. Make sure that you follow the instructions they give you to the letter otherwise you will have issues like I did. Also you will get a SMS message to pay extra customs charges (in my case 4 euros).
