Although the item I initially wanted wasn’t in stock, Charlie’s staff went over & above to find me the next best size, which on reflection was exactly what I needed! I have used my 6 man tent & it’s so easy to put up & take down. I am absolutely delighted with it & highly recommend for their attentive service, friendliness & products.
