Terrible experience we paid 3000 to secure a house and first months rent for the day we move in someone stole the pipes prior to the house had damage from a fire then told us we had to pay for our own moving expenses 3x then lied to us as we sat in the house all day and said the fire department claimed the place was deemed uninhabitable and we got the chief fire Marshall on the phone and she had to tell them there’s no record of that ever happening they got so frustrated because we caught them in a lie they told us to shut up and tried to argue with the fire Marshall then told us we can’t stay there after putting 3000 down on it and setting up the utilities the day we moved in we were and still are without water Maintenance each said 3-4 days to fix it and it magically turned into 3 months and then they expect us to pay them still for that we haven’t even moved in and they are trying to get us to cover repair costs they don’t communicate with each other at all they made up stories about what was wrong which we had to correct them multiple times that no it’s not that it’s this then they lied and said repairs were done and were never done terrible absolutely garbage disrespectful ass people too Laura and pasquale absolute garbage and rude I’m going to get lawyers involved and they need to lose their jobs
