Fantastic service and experience. I followed their instructions and paid via post, insured the amount and sent it first class . Order processed as soon as received and the product was sent out promptly. I had a query when the product arrived so I opened a ticket and sent photo just to check, as you can’t be too careful with these things... they got back to me same day and I was assured it was perfectly fine! Lovely team at truffle magic. Process of sending payment could make you a little nervous but response time gives reassurance that you are in good hands and that this is a legitimate company ! Happy customer who will be returning 😊
