Product hasn’t been delivered, no reply from customer service.
Product hasn’t been delivered two weeks after ordering, no response from customer service despite calls, emails and social media messages. ***UPDATE*** Despite the companies misleading response below, It is now over three weeks since I placed the order, after several emails back and forward with Nick, Ciera and James, I have not received the order and the company will not process a refund. I have requested one several times and the only options I have been give are to 1. Wait while they investigate what happened with their courier (which is generally 5-7 business days days, but can be longer apparently) 2. Refuse the delivery on the off chance that it does arrive and again wait for a refund! The package has been with FedEx Customs since 14th March, with the status changing to customs cleared on the morning of 25th March and no scans since) I couldn’t recommend this company any less!
