Purchased a used watch from your store…
Purchased a used watch from your store it arrived yesterday afternoon in non working condition. Your return policy states literally, Pre-owned watches are non refundable and do not come with a warranty. But it also states that Invicta inspects each watch to ensure perfect working condition. Which it does not. all it took is adjust time and the seconds dial is getting stuck and even moves backwards. So I understand the no warranty policy but where does your "ensure perfect working condition" stand ? I have had the watch for hours and it's not working out of the box. I'm not complaining about cosmetics, I'm complaining the the sole purpose of this and other watches is provide with accurate time. And this one doesn't. This is not a warranty claim this is a DOA claim. So don't disappoint.
